    We currently accept PayNow only for Singapore orders.

  • Can I request a specific card not listed?
    Yes! DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp (+65 8530 0611) with details.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?
    No, all customers are treated equally. Remember to use website discount coupons at checkout!

  • Why was my order canceled?
    Rare, but possible if the card was mislisted (sold out/damaged) or payment wasn’t confirmed within 24 hours. We’ll notify you immediately.


Shipping & Tracking

  • Do you ship internationally?
    No, we ship only within Singapore. But we have plans to ship internationally probably from 4Q 2025.

  • How are cards packaged?
    Sleeved → toploader → bubble-wrapped → rigid box → waterproof mailer. High-value cards get extra protection.

  • Can I upgrade/modify shipping?
    Leave a note at checkout (e.g., same-day delivery, delayed shipping). Fees may apply.

  • How do I track my order?
    Tracking info is available upon request (automated in future updates). For urgent help, WhatsApp us.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?
    Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll assist with claims or reship if packing was at fault.

  • Are your cards authentic?
    100% yes! We inspect all cards and guarantee authenticity.

  • Do you sell graded cards (PSA/CGC)?
    Yes! Check out “Graded Slabs” in our shop.

  • What’s your condition grading scale?
    TCGplayer standards: Mint (M), Near Mint (NM), Lightly Played (LP).

  • How do you price cards?
    Based on eBay, TCGplayer, YuYutei, and local market trends.

  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes, for orders above $100. Message us to arrange.

  • Do you sell sealed products?
    No, we specialize in single cards and graded slabs.

  • Do you buy/trade cards?
    Yes! Send photos/videos via WhatsApp/Instagram for evaluation.

  • What’s your return policy?
    See our Refund & Returns Policy. Damaged cards must be reported within 7 days.

Troubleshooting

  • My order is missing/lost.
    Check tracking first. If unresolved, email support@cardian.sg or WhatsApp +65 8530 0611. Worst case scenario = refund.

  • Received the wrong card?
    Notify us immediately! We’ll cover return shipping and send the correct card.
